Real Geeks is an all-in-one platform that provides real estate agents with a one-stop shop for capturing and managing their leads and clients. Its integrated lead-generating websites, coupled with robust customer relationship management (CRM), seek to simplify the task of creating new business opportunities.
With Real Geeks, real estate pros can take advantage of some powerful tools, but is the benefit worth the price tag? In this review, I’ll dive into the features, pricing, and how it can help you grow your business, digging into the info you need to decide if Real Geeks is right for you.
Overall, if you’re serious about building a solid real estate business by keeping your pipeline filled with constant leads, Real Geeks might be a great solution for you. Real Geeks takes complex processes and distills them into simple templated steps to help you get your business up and running within minutes, not days.
What Is Real Geeks?
Real Geeks is an all-in-one platform that includes an internet data exchange (IDX)-integrated website that’s connected to a CRM platform. With a software service like Real Geeks, you can generate leads from your website, pull them directly into your CRM, and nurture the lead to conversion with little effort.

Real Geeks Pricing
Real Geeks starts at $299 per month for their service, which grants access to one or two users. You’ll pay an extra $25 per month for each additional user and a one-time $250 startup fee.
For the base price, you will get templates to quickly build an IDX-enabled website, the Real Geeks’ CRM, and access to their community-sourced library of email and text templates to create your own drip campaigns. You’ll also get plenty of video training on how to effectively use their tools, plus weekly live trainings where community members can exchange their best ideas and practices. They also have a robust and highly active mastermind community on Facebook.
If you’re looking for additional marketing help, Real Geeks offers its Real Leads lead generation service with a $600-per-month price tag. Additionally, the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot named Robin that acts as your personal inside sales assistant does not come with the base subscription price. That service is an additional $200-per-month add-on. But, if you subscribe to their monthly lead generation service, you can get Robin for half off.
Pricing in Context
Some agents may see all these dollar signs and cringe. But considering the fact that Real Geeks is an all-in-one service that’s customizable to your needs and completely integrated into the CRM, I find the base price to be exceptionally reasonable. And as far as the marketing pricing goes, it’s not outside the normal range I’ve seen for similar services.
Where Real Geeks may be more competitive with pricing is when your team or brokerage hits a higher number. For example, if your brokerage has 100 members, another service like Chime might be better suited since you’ll be able to have up to 100 members on the account for a flat rate.
Or maybe you don’t want to spend oodles of hours on DIY marketing and would rather pony up the extra cash for BoomTown, with more concierge marketing services. If you’re a busy agent who isn’t tech-savvy but needs the added marketing for your large and productive team, that may be a better solution.
But growing teams or individual agents who are serious about scaling with a solid all-in-one platform will enjoy Real Geeks’ reasonable pricing, considering all the perks included.
Top Real Geeks Features
Real Geeks shines with the integration of its solutions. Once your website is up and running, the integrated CRM tracks lead activity and automates communications. The lead capture tools, like the home valuation and market reports, keep you in touch with potential customers. Reactive Responses, one of Real Geeks’ most recent additions, help you pinpoint those potential customers as their behavior changes on your site. Let’s take a deeper look at a few of the features that make Real Geeks a major contender in the all-in-one space.
1. IDX-enabled Websites
Real Geeks offers beautifully designed website templates with IDX integration. The websites are designed with the home searcher in mind, with stunning visuals and easy-to-navigate functionality. They include all the basics: a blogging tool, customization options, and calls to action that convert traffic into leads.
The templates are modern, clean, and easily adaptable. Plus, Real Geeks is continually rolling out new features and templates to stay fresh and on-trend. Check out some examples of Real Geeks’ websites here:
But if you’re the type of person who likes to customize your home page and tweak things until they’re absolutely perfect, you won’t find that functionality here. These templates are designed for agents who don’t want to put a lot of work into creating a flawless website.
If customization is what you’re looking for, you can go one of two ways. First, Real Geeks offers a service where their design experts build out the design for you, tweaking it until you get exactly what you want.
Or, if you’re a WordPress (WP) wizard, you can also integrate your WP site to work with the Real Geeks platform. However, if you’re going to do that, you might need to check in with their developers. Obviously, if you’re using your own WordPress site, it may not have the seamless integration that the out-of-the-box websites have.
The most significant element of the Real Geeks websites for your business is their ability to track activity on them. When someone lands on your website, the site automatically begins tracking behavior and alerts you to site visitors in real time. When a visitor clicks on a listing or starts a search on your site, Real Geeks collects that visitor’s information and transfers it into your CRM. You can use that information for specific and tailored follow-up with that new lead.
Real Geeks prides itself on its search engine optimization, A/B testing to continue improving their landing page conversion rate, clean back-end interface that doesn’t overwhelm users, and fully integrated IDX that scours the MLS every five minutes for the most up-to-date information. That should keep your leads off Zillow and fully engaged with you and your site.
2. CRM
Real Geeks’ CRM is pretty standard, though in this updated review, I noted some great upgrades too. It includes basic functions like automated drip campaigns, detailed and comprehensive lead profiles, and various communication options.
The dashboard is clean and uncluttered, making it easy to see just where you need to go to find what you need. We’ve reviewed and tested tons of CRMs here at Real Tactics Pro, and this one’s not the prettiest dashboard, but I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. I know many agents who get overwhelmed easily with tech and this simple approach is refreshing.
However, if you prefer to use your existing CRM because you just love it so much, one great thing about Real Geeks is you can integrate your existing CRM pretty seamlessly through their API integrations. It’s so easy to customize this platform from back to front to make it work for you.
The CRM has some built-in functionality that I love, like SMS texting right from the lead detail page. It’s seamlessly integrated with a mobile app so you’re free to communicate with your leads on the go. Because what agent has time to sit in front of their desktop all day?
One of the other cool features that’s new to this review is the integrated video for text and email. You can shoot a quick video from your phone, upload it, and send it via text or email to a lead. Save videos in your CRM and reuse them over and over.
And don’t forget about Real Geeks’ automation feature. When you get a new lead fed into your CRM, you can instantly set that shiny new prospect up on a workflow tailored to their behavior, whether it’s a new buyer or seller lead. How cool is that?
3. Property Valuation Lead Magnet
Real Geeks includes a sweet property valuation lead magnet to help you land more listings. It encourages potential homesellers to share their information with you in exchange for a valuation of their property that you create. It’s the perfect lead magnet to get the listing conversation started.
4. Real Leads (Google + Bing)
Real Leads is the company’s done-for-you marketing service, not included in the base price. With Real Leads, you can ensure you are at the top of the search results page when people in your area are looking for real estate services.
This is an additional service Real Geeks offers for $600 per month, which includes $300 in ad spend. For that cost, you’ll get Real Geeks experts managing your Google pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. And now they’ve also added Bing.
Real Geeks is also looking to make your branding a whole lot easier. It recently beefed up its retargeting to keep you in front of your target audience with ads after users leave your site. This has real potential to enhance your lead generation.
Obviously, you don’t have to spend the money on this service. You can do a lot of the marketing on a trimmed-down budget and put in sweat equity to offset the cost. But when you get ready to up your real estate game, it’s smart to consider PPC in your marketing budget as part of an overall marketing strategy. And if you still struggle with PPC, this might just be the best way to do it. I know I would definitely consider hiring this out to people who know more than I do.
5. Facebook Marketing Solutions
For me, Facebook Ads are just as complex as Google PPC. They’re constantly changing and there’s nothing more difficult than trying to stay in tune with social media algorithms. Why not let the Real Geeks experts help with this too?
Real Geeks Facebook marketing tools streamline and simplify your ad creation process. Just click on the Facebook ad link inside the Real Geeks dashboard for an ad template that walks you through the process step by step. And if you still need additional hand-holding, there are some sweet training videos and extra coaching to help.
If you still don’t want to spend your time putting together Facebook Ads, don’t worry. You can tap into Real Geeks’ concierge service that will put the ads together for you.
When the leads come in from Facebook, they’re directed straight into your CRM so you can apply your preset communications workflows automatically. Convert those leads without having to make a single click.
6. GeekAI Texting Assistant
Need an inside sales assistant? For an extra $200-a-month charge, Real Geeks offers an AI texting chatbot to boost your speed-to-lead when you’re not available at the moment a new lead comes in. Real Geeks’ chatbot, known as “Robin,” responds to leads who engage with your website. Robin offers information, qualifies leads, and can even set appointments, acting as your inside sales assistant so you can focus on the rest of your business.
7. Reactive Responses
Real Geeks recently added a new feature to its CRM to help you prioritize your lead follow-up. Once you turn on Reactive Responses, it will sense when your leads exhibit key buying behaviors, like visiting your website and viewing the same listings multiple times or favoriting properties. Your CRM will then automatically send a text message or email to your lead to spark a conversation.
If you’re looking for a way to streamline your lead nurturing process, this is a great one. Reactive Responses lets you focus on the conversations that matter and waste less time on the ones that don’t.
8. Support & Coaching
One thing about Real Geeks is they are invested in making sure agents using their service have access to as much training as they need. The company hosts a live training session every week so participants can engage and ask questions. But they also have tons of prerecorded sessions that you can tap into whenever you want.
Real Geeks is also excellent at customer support. If you are experiencing any issues on the site, they have a U.S.-based support team that can walk you through any situation until they find a solution.
You can also become a part of the Real Geeks community on Facebook and join more than 11,000 members who are highly active, engaged, and committed to the Real Geeks platform.
The Real Geeks blog is a great source for coaching on all things real estate. You can find posts on lead conversion, AI and real estate, negotiation skills, and so much more. Many of the articles are also in video format so you can choose how you consume the content. In fact, I highly recommend checking out their YouTube channel for tons of info, including interviews with some pretty successful people in the real estate space.
Methodology: How We Reviewed Real Geeks
First, let me address our scorecard at the top of this article. It’s based solely on the function and user interface of the CRM portion of the Real Geeks platform. So, when you see the score listed, it’s only pitting the Real Geeks’ CRM against other CRMs we’ve reviewed.
We have reviewed other all-in-one platforms here at Real Tactics Pro, but we haven’t created a rubric for the all-in-ones just yet that will allow us to score them. (That’s definitely coming though, so stay tuned!)
For the Real Geeks review, I looked at its pricing, features, and user interface and compared it to other CRMs that offer similar functionality. I was able to use the platform with a guest account. As a licensed real estate agent who has used this type of software in my business, I based my opinion on how I might use this one.
The Bottom Line: Is Real Geeks Worth the Money?
For real estate agents who aren’t the most technologically savvy, Real Geeks simplifies complex processes and makes getting started quick and easy. And the monthly subscription price is reasonable for an entry-level agent, making the barrier to success low.
If you ask me, which I’m assuming you are since you’ve read this far, I think Real Geeks is an excellent option for agents who are just starting to build their business or are ready to scale to the next level. The only exception is agents looking for more flexibility in their aesthetics. And for those agents, there’s always the concierge design team.
Overall, Real Geeks is a great value for the money. So if you’re in the market for a great all-in-one platform that offers a fully integrated lead-generating website with built-in marketing, CRM, and highly converting lead nurturing systems, check out Real Geeks.
