Bold Leads??? might be the biggest waste of money I've ever spent, everyone is only looking for the value of their
home, not to sell their home. Horrible experience.

Lion desk is a no go. I paid the extra $500 for a concierge team to build out Lion desk for me, and when it was time to send my first email to over 1000 people it deleted the 2 small images, important links, and looked like a spam email from 1990. So disappointed.

Take a look at Brivity. Really impressed with their tech offering which was built by one of the top agents in the industry.

Do you recommend a software or app that aggregates all “hits” on a listing? Something that you can show your clients all the activity they are getting from MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc?

You missed the most obvious. Brivity is far and away the best CRM

Ronald, we hear you. There are a billion options for Realtors these days. My advice would be to choose something that has most of the features you want at a price you are happy with and use ALL of those features until you master them. The grass is always greener, but always chasing the latest bells ad whistles adds a learning curve to your tech that may or may not have an ROI but will still eat up your time and budget.

MJ, Zillow is still in the mix because they are still the dominant player in the leads space and offer free bare bones tools for new agents to contact and nurture those leads.
