Some of these companies I’ve had contracts with others I have dealt with, but none of them are worth much in my opinion. We’re left to our own abilities and creativity to create wealth. If any of these companies truly had the value they said they have, they wouldn’t be selling it so cheaply they just be doin

That said, Follow Up Boss is actually working on building their own in-app AI chatbot as we speak. Jodie is working on an update to our Follow Up Boss review this week with more details. Hi. I currently use Follow Up Boss for my CRM and am looking for an ai chatbot that will integrate into that system that will email, text and engage incoming leads from Google Ads. I have looked at Structurely and honestly they are very expensive and I have personally found their answers to questions I have posed to the bot very buggy. Plus the lag time from me asking to the bot answering was quite long for simple answers that the system should have had "experience" in answering. Do you have other suggestions for the Follow up Boss CRM?

We currently use Podium and Livechat for our residential property management business. These respond to questions from our website. We are now seeking a company with an intelligent chatbot to find and qualify leads for owners/investors of rental homes for us to manage. We do not need help in obtaining tenants.

Hi Nora, there are a few good SMS chatbots out there, but I am not sure how you would be able to integrate them into your current workflow. It might make sense to start with a good SMS chatbot you like and then try to find a CRM that it integrates with?

Which is the best solution for NON-WEBSITE chat bots? I currently get all my leads through my YT channel and leads downloading a "lead magnet" from a Landing Page...getting automatically uploaded to my CRM (via Zapier) and then the "AI bot" instantly sends them a text and begins a conversation. I'm looking to change CRM's and find a different solution, but I DON'T funnel leads through my website currently. Will any your suggested Chat Bots work for me?

Many agents don't know their website traffic (vs) conversion rate, especially when they have one or more listings in the market. They might be quite surprised when they see the numbers of actual visitors and converted leads. Lack of Immediate attention and engagement to the Visitor on the Website is the main reason for that. Emile, I would say this article will be thought-provoking to the Realtor who expects more from his Website or Facebook Business Page. Great Content.!

In reply to Mary. Mary, I tend to agree. I think people are becoming a lot more comfortable with them as technology advances and they offer more functionality for giving people what they want.
