Hi Emile,
I rarely post a comment, but I just had to in this case.
I am on the hunt for inspiration and some unique ideas to boost my 35 year real estate career. It's not dying or dead, but just kind of stagnating, and I need to revitalize it.
It has been a long road, but we're in unprecedented times, and this would be a great time to get innovative. Also, a great time to get with the social-media program. Make some vids and post on Instagram.
Brilliant post here, and a ton of work putting it together, I'm sure. Good job!

Hey Marcella,
I agree 100%. The only problem is that for some reason the high end brokers are a bit more willing to share effective strategies than "normal" agents. That said the stretegies don't change all that much, you just need to be a little bit more creative, or maybe spend a bit more if you want to stand out in your farm area. It's never an easy balance though.

Most of this content (not all) is aimed towards the very high end market and real estate agents serving that market particularly in high density urban markets. That s fine and gives the “rest of us” something to strive for, but I would like to see some effective and well done videos for those of us who cannot afford the cost spent on most of these marketing ads. Hope to see this in a future post!
