Thank you for this well thought out and well written article. Still too many choices. I have been operating my real estate business just off of gmail for 17 years I might try streak to help consolidate or click up. If you have a suggestion for a one man show, mostly listings, need to put transaction in a sequential easy to follow almost like a if this than that step by step viewable process to show the seller and or buyer.

RealOffice360 no longer has a free option - they only have a free trial. Agile requires a "professional" email address. They won't allow you to sign up with a "free" email address, like Gmail.

Thank you! This is a well thought out and put together review of some great options for a real estate CRM! One CRM that I believe falls into your list criteria as a great alternative is RealtyJuggler.com. RealtyJuggler offers a 90-day free trial and is one of the least expensive CRMs on the market coming in at $179 / year. We also offer many of the features listed in your post to help agents stay in touch, stay organized and close more deals. We have features that allow members to schedule follow-ups, email, text or even dial from our system. Phone support and training are available for trial agents and full members alike to ensure using RealtyJuggler is as streamlined as possible. We hope to make the list the next time you review similar software for agents! :)

In reply to Rachel M.. Hi Rachel - Glad to help. For a new agent, I would say Freshsales is the way to go. They are most equipped with the tools that new agents need, and they have package options that you can grow into. They're my favorite low-cost option at the moment! Chris

Hi, Chris. Thanks for this article - a lot of good information. What would you say are some of the best free/low-priced CRMs for a new real estate agent? Thanks!

In reply to Andrew Baker. Hi Andrew - For a CRM with the firepower you're looking for, a free option isn't going to cut it. I would suggest checking out my companion article: The Real Estate CRM for 2020. Good Luck! Chris

Hello Chris. Very much appreciate your review of CRM systems. I am a commercial real estate/mortgage broker and am looking for a CRM system that is reasonably priced, allows me to email and keep track of multiple prospects, brokers, buyers and sellers by groups, like Constant Contact, but with a CRM component that CC lacks. Can you suggest the best three or four that come to mind? Thank you.

Anyone have any thoughts on The CRM “Cloze”. Our agency just installed it, we are all on the learning curve and, we’ll so far, so good.
