Thanks for the information and breakdown of each service. Do you have any experience with AgentFire.com? Seems like a cool site, but don't know how it would compare to these you have mentioned. I am looking for a complete website design package.

Does MLS import work with Canadian MLS records from CREA or TREB?

In reply to <a href="https://theclose.com/wordpress-idx-plugin/comment-page-2/#comment-311834">Steve</a>. Hey Steve, I've never heard of retspro. At a glance though it seems a little bit pricey and needs customization, not something most Realtors are comfortable with. I get that over time it will likely cost less than a monthly IDX plugin, but I think most Realtors would rather pay less monthly, regardless of overall savings. Is this a plugin that works with any WP theme or do they need to use your theme? Feel free to send me a email to follow up: emile@theclose.com

You never read anything about the retspro plugin. I guess its because unlike the rest they don't have affiliate links so no authors ever bother to write about it. If you were to talk about it I will say that its probably only a 4 out of 5 for "out of the box" but at least all of the templates are easy to edit html/css so that you can style things anyway you want. Oh and there aren't ANY monthly fees so I guess that would be the other thing I'd mention

In reply to <a href="https://theclose.com/wordpress-idx-plugin/comment-page-2/#comment-305562">Doug Gough</a>. Yeah, I hear you. Modifying CSS is tricky and very difficult to make something look good with. I don't know why these companies don't spend more on hiring decent graphic designers!

I used IDX Broker for one month and then cancelled. It's just too hard to make it look good. Yes, I can add all the custom CSS I want, but out of the box it's very ugly and they don't offer any good themes. The core services of IDX Broker are fine, but they really have to make it look better in my opinion.

In reply to <a href="https://theclose.com/wordpress-idx-plugin/comment-page-1/#comment-305560">Steve Cina</a>. Whatever works. If it's expensive and it's getting you leads, then it's not expensive, it's an investment.

Excellent Article! I've used a couple of these IDX solutions over the years and am currently using iHomefinder IDX. I'm happy with the product and results. I'm with you, the price is a little high (I'm paying $85 a month), but I'm now generating leads with my website - and leads also cost a lot of money.

So you are using Realtyna and are happy with it?
