Someone commented on Offrs. I would like to add my name to the list. This company promises 33 leads a month, they claim they have an algorithm like no others...total lies. I was told that we would have videos and webinars to help us stay on top of things. The only video we received was the into and nothing else. Offrs stated that they hire real estate agents to work the phones, the only person who reached out to us was from Pakistan. The person did not sound like an agent and with a heavy accent which made it difficult to understand. As for leads - did not get any? We were told it is a nurturing game - Not! Just wanted to share because we are all trying to build our business, I do not think that Offrs is the way to become successful.

Any feedback on Realizty.com

In reply to David Anderson. Hi David - We really like Real Geeks and they've been featured on this list before. We felt that these others are doing a better job at innovation at this particular moment, but we know that Real Geeks is continuing to roll out new features and will weigh them again when we do our next update in a couple of months. Thank you for the question!

I was surprised that Real Geeks didn't make the list. I wonder if they just weren't in the mix to be analyzed or if they were analyzed and didn't make the cut. It seems to me that the public side of their service is pretty good but it's so hard to tell from the pre-purchase side. These companies don't let you test drive anything.

A little surprised to not see YLOPO as an option. Their AI is incredible and social media marketing/retargeting options are cutting ede.

Surprised not to see Vulcan7, and very often REDX on these articles. At similarity of options and capabilities, their prices are not that different when you put everything together. However, REDX's user interface is aged, clanky and sometimes does not work on Chrome. Also, at least, more than 50% of the contact phone numbers on REDX are wrong compared to Vulcan7. Similar comments apply to the dialer. I can go on ..... PS: REDX called me once for feedback, and I shared same above comments with them.

Should have added Set schedule to the run list.

By: Luci Edwards
PLEASE LET ALL AGENTS KNOW TO AVOID SET SCHEDULE THEY ARE SCAMMERS TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN. They took my $2k and never generate leads for me. Plus when you complain they block you and never ever answer emails only phone calls saying the same thing, the money isn’t refundable ma’am. There are more then thousands of realtors complains about this business on BBB and all over the internet. Please announce this for your fellow agents. Very very sad!
