How about this...."Buyers don't care how much money you've put into your home"! Or this..."Buyers don't care how much you need to walk away with so you can settle on your next property"! Or maybe this..." NO ONE cares what Aunt Zelda, a school teacher who sold real estate in the summers 25 years ago, thinks your house is worth"! And finally this...."Yes I know you LOVE Chip and JoJo, but, well....your house doesn't look like one of theirs, despite your best efforts. We really do need to call in a stager..."! I could go on and on....don't get me started!

I am looking forward to new ideas of getting leads. Too many so called lead generators just take your $$$$ and waste your time. I realize the work is my job but new ideas are always welcome.
