Way overpriced! I used reviews like yours to decide whether or not to invest in a predictive analytics platform and the advice was bad for my business. The salesman specifically stated Smartzip would NOT sell the same agent, but when we did a test run using a family member's address there was another realtor following up! And a different family member in the area was looking at selling their home, but that never showed up on SmartZip. The same said agent from previous incident did get the information and sent the other family member marketing material. The program is complicated and you have to pay a lot more money to get the actual contact information of the homeowner. The base price which is about $500 per month for 250 names if you are locked into a year contract that they will not let you out of only gives you a name and address. You have to pay more money for them to give you a phone number and email address. This is a complete ripoff. I have not been able to convert a any of the 4 leads I actually received after 6 months.

Your prices are to high!! but your system works, I just wasn’t patient enough to see the results after I discontinued the service I went and looked at all of those whom received postcards and repeatedly viewed their home value, at least 35% of them listed with an agent. Home owners look up the price of the home because they’re interested to sell in a near future we just have to follow up, if you have a poor follow up system this doesn’t work for you. This is like farming and you have to be religious and believe that the system works, if you stick to it you will get results. Never think you send a mailer and Whoa !!!! here comes listings, you will get leads what you do with them is different story. all results come from Quality and strength of your fallow up

We spend an extensive amount of time vetting all the products we discuss on Real Tactics Pro. It is inevitable that there will be users who are unhappy with just about any lead generation product; since every real estate market is different, the leads will also be different. Our research has found that this product is worth considering, but we'd love to hear about your personal experiences too. Feel free to follow up with an email to me - chris@theclose.com. Thanks! Hi, There are a lot of complaints lodged with this company, I'm surprised that a website such as yours would promote such a company that's scamming new agents. I placed a lot of trust in your website thinking that it was credible, but I'm disappointed to know that you are not doing your due diligence.
