Such a wonderfully thorough list, thank you! However, I'd like to note that "walking distance to" and "walking" could be interpreted as non-compliant with fair housing laws, in the case of disability/mobility issues. Same could be said for "exclusive" -- who is it excluding? So just be careful using these friends :)
