Video is the way to go in 2020 for sure. There's a bit of a learning curve, but just remember you don't have to be Martin Scorsese. People appreciate genuine personality over production values any day of the week.

I had ideas in my head of what I needed to do but didn't know how to do it. I believe this will distinguish myself from other realtors.

Love these emails. You sent one last month I believe with a video example that was a short 10-second blip of photos and things from whatever the area was - I think the example was Hawaii. I am trying to find it, but can't seem to. Any way to get this again? Would like to show my videographer. Thank you!
