Great article. I’m familiar with a few of the technologies mentioned here. I especially like the Pivo AI robot for real estate content. I use it almost everyday as my social media sidekick and it makes all the video and branding content I’ve been wanting to create but just never had the time for. It has changed my business and the agents on my team. Also the free 3D tour and floorplans are so awesome that I don’t have pay a dime for.

I have been working in the field of real estate brokerage since 2008. I have done extensive studies of real estate brokerage problems in the world, specifically the US real estate market, and I have paid special attention to consumers.  Now I'm working on a disruptive innovation (a new value-based, market-driven brokerage system) that will turn the market upside down and revolutionize the sector, as well as enable us to capture a large share of the global real estate market. Now in the process of financing the registration of innovation as global intellectual property.

62% of agents aren't using video for their marketing efforts even though consumers are all about video viewing in all areas of their lives and social media surfing. Some brokers and agents are doing a great job. Others have tried and given up when they realize it's hard work. Still others are producing content but don't have an audience because what they are producing is not great content. It's not about the equipment, how much you post, when you post, the platforms you post on, or even who you post it too. It's about great storytelling and knowing how to tell that story with video.

Brokerages and Realtors have to compete with Zillow, Redfin and other large tech companies. We need help with SEO, in order to drive traffic to our website to generate leads. The consumer is moving at lightning speed in a very competitive market.
