Sandra, I wish I could give you some words of wisdom but what I find that works is just use a script and be honest. This way you stay focused of your goal and the honestly will show through. After that it’s just like meeting someone for the first time, either they like you or not! Hope this helps!

Hello my Name Is Sandra. My first comment. I have been a real estate agent in Malaga / Spain for a year with Century 21.
