Hi Rita, I am in the Cleveland Ohio market. I am intrigued by your remark regarding empty-nesters. I am wondering if you have specialized in this niche ? and what strategies have you found to be successful ? We have created a mini-business unit in our office called the SENIOR PROJECT INITIATIVE. We have amassed a few agents who have a heart for seniors, and we have "taken our show on the road" - making presentations to senior groups. Let me know about your program and perhaps we can share ideas.. Thank you

Rita, empty nesters are a great niche to work, but I was trying to focus on niches that have changed significantly over the past year or so. If anything I think the pandemic might have delayed some empty nesters from moving since their college-aged children were probably going to class or working from home.

This is good information. One niche that you didn't mention are empty nesters. It really is a specialty area because of the change in lifestyle.
