Real Tactics Pro needs to either recommend to us a resource for, or publish on its own, a weekly Realtor newsletter that meets your stated standards, and to which a subscribing Realtor could contribute their own brief article each week if we wish. No Realtor has the time for this, but you marketing people do, in return for a fee. I'll be contacting Propertybase, and 3-Steps Marketing in the hope of securing a quality weekly piece. But really, all your words are wasted effort without guiding us to an existing weekly product.

Such a helpful guide! As someone interested in the real estate market in Costa Rica, I'm always looking for valuable insights. These newsletter ideas are a fantastic way for agents to keep us informed about the property trends, investment opportunities, and the beauty of Costa Rica's real estate. Can't wait to see these ideas come to life in the upcoming newsletters!

Doyou have referrals to companies who could work with me to design a Quarterly newletter that once done would be like a template of where new info can be added to certain sections? If they also do mailing that would be a bonus. There are so many companies out there I don;t know who to choose and cannot spend a ton of money. I am not a Techie person , so even though I could get the tools and data to DYI it would take me forever and that is time that I do not have.
