I have had my license for about a month and it took me about a year to earn. I was dead set on working with buyers and so many agents told me to work with sellers - there’s more money, it’s more often, blah blah. This article was awesome. I plan on implementing some of this right away and some of it confirmed that a lot of my ideas are solid. I’ve never been more excited to work as a buyers agent. Thank you Ms. Evans for this article.
