At the end of the day, as an agent, you are as good as your last escrow check. I would strongly advise someone who can motivate people and create systems, become a broker. Because as a broker, you can structure your business in a way that it will live on beyond you and being inheritance to your children and your children's children.

First, they give them the ability to work. Agents can't legally operate without a supervising broker. Second, they can offer guidance and protection for transactions. Third, they offer training, mentorship, and professional development. These are just a few of the benefits a great broker provides! Chris
