Hi, thank you for this article. However, I thought that I read, under California DRE website, that, yes, if you have the 4 year education, you do not need (are exempt) from the salesperson experience, however, you still need to take the broker courses. Am I right about this?

Thanks for this article! Can someone start the broker courses before they've had the license for two years? Or can they get a head start on the coursework (and have the two years in before taking the exam)?
