Leasing at the 27-story property launched in February, with a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Heatherwood Communities developed the space, located at 27-03 42nd Road in the Court Square area.
Units range in size from 491 to 1,026 square feet, and monthly rents range from $1,873 to $3,413, as previously reported. Building amenities include a concierge, roof deck, fitness center, recreation room, movie screening room, children’s playroom, storage units and on-site parking. — Mark Maurer
