LIES LIES LIES I used market leader for 2 months and didn't recieve 1 single decent lead that actually wanted to buy a home. Thats not the worst part. They said 250 or 350 a month for 40 guaranteed leads a month. But she said I could get 80 GUARANTEED leads a month for $750. I forget all of the exact payments. Anyways, I paid for the premium 80 leads a month, and in 2 months I recieved around 75 leads. Less than the $350 monthly 40 guaranteed. It says if you have a bad lead you can return it, thats not true either. Everytime I reported a lead it said Network boost leads are not returnable. Almost all of my leads were network boost leads, maybe all of them. THEN they wont give me a refund, in fact they're threatening to turn me over to a 3rd party collections agency to ruin my credit If I dont pay for the next 2 months of this BS!!!

I had the same experience. Definitely felt like their “leads” were a scam.

We’ve had a horrible experience with Market leader. Paying almost $700/month for leads, website etc. been doing it 5 months and 90% of leads have only an email. The ones with phones have been unresponsive or told us they never signed up for this. One lead is now harassing us about bitcoin nonsense. I feel we got scammed and am so frustrated with them. Do not use them!!!!

This is a bad review! Market Leader is a scam company that supplies with no quality leads! Only unreachable emails and phone numbers! Terrible business!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I followed up for months with horrible email leads with nothing. Going to be $3600 in the whole while I wouldve found better emails looking up local businesses and emailing what I can find online. THIS IS A SCAM

Total waste of money, leads with undeliverable emails, false names and phone numbers, marketing dudes, people that don’t speak English and so on........
They won’t take your call, or dont answer your email and then unlist their contact info so you won’t contact them in any way. I was promised some sellers for listings and in 3 months not one!
Wish I’d read all the reviews before wasting my money!
