The brainchild behind pop hits like “Baby One More Time” and “I Kissed a Girl” has put his Beverly Hills home on the market.
Swedish songwriter and producer Max Martin listed his 3,800-square-foot home, located in the tony Trousdale Estates neighborhood, for $11.5 million, Variety reported.
Designed by Paul Williams, a trailblazing black architect famous for designing the Beverly Hills Hotel, the one-story pad includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Marmol Radziner recently renovated its splashy, retro interiors.
The residence sits on a 0.63-acre parcel. A swimming pool and outdoor grilling area can be found outside.
Martin paid $3.45 million for the 1950s-built home in April 2011, records show.

Last month, Martin, acting behind an LLC, spent $16.5 million to acquire Drew Barrymore’s former home in the Hollywood Hills. At 8,000 square feet, the purchase reflects a substantial upgrade for the music producer.
