Assuming they want you to call them and put you through a sales pitch first. Not a great tactic IMHO.

I am not sure why kvCore website does not have sign up ? it has login only? how do you sign up ? Isnt that strange ?

I was wondering if Kvcore was worth the price. I'm a newly agent and unfortunately my broker does not provide any CRM. I think for now I'll stick to basic CRM and see what I need from there.

Great review Coach Sean! Thanks for the insight. Ugh.. the never ending search for the best CRM is like searching for El Dorado.

Hello Tammy J,
That depends, what specific functions are you looking for it to do?
1) CRM
2) Online Marketing
3) Lead Management
4) Agent Website (w/IDX Integration)
If your not sure think about the type of agent you are wanting to attract to your brokerage. Newer agents have different needs than producing agents.
All-in-one solutions like kvCORE can be very expensive for a small brokerage to provide and (from my experience) only about 10-15% of the agents will use the system you provide. So don't bet the farm on your CRM.
I would look for systems that charge by the user. This allows you to only pay for the agents that are using the system. Placester.com used to offer this.

Thanks Sean I just started my brokerage and was on the fence about purchasing KV Core. It's expensive and I don't want a CRM system that I have to do all of the work for functionality. Still looking any suggestions.
