I just found out, they bring every lead I ever had from my gmail. No good! I would have liked to have the choice to bring in what I want and still use my gmail. So I am out, great concept, but thye need to fix that feature. I have leads in my email that re years old and no longer a lead and they are bringing it in. Way to much time to go through and delete each one I dont work with

Thanks for reading the article and sharing your thoughts. We love hearing from others who have used the products and services we talk about at Real Tactics Pro. I'll admit, getting set up with FUB can take time. I found it wasn't difficult, just time-consuming. Also, I did not have the same experience with customer support. They were extremely helpful and responsive. But the delay in the emails? That could be devastating to your business. I never experienced that, either. I've been using the platform since 2019 and practically get messages simultaneously. But, to your point, there's no one size fits all when it comes to CRMs or any software, for that matter. Thanks for bringing up the difficulties you experienced with FUB. It might help others as they're trying to weigh the different platforms to decide which one works best for them.

What would be nice is a head to head comparison of the top 5 CRM's .
As someone currently in the market for a robust CRM the options/selections/costs are mind numbing.

I used FUB for 5 months and I had 4 issues with it.
1. On boarding was the worst experience and took way too much time.
2. Customer support took too long or non responsive.
3. There was 24-to 48 hr delays in receiving email from prospects at times. They would be in my regular platform email box but would not show up in my FUB until a day or 2 later.
4. Import, sensitive documents would be uploaded to the platform during a transaction.
you get what you pay for.
