I started my business Jan 2021 and began door knocking 6 months in. I closed 13 deals my first year three were listings from door knocking. This year I closed 7 deals have 5 UC and two listings going live next month. 5 of these from door knocking. I did knock on a 1.5 mil hone recently left door hanger no one home. They called I did walk through listing presentation no signed contract yet but we talk weekly and he’s getting his home fixed up and his wife has to agree to sell still. I’ve been teaching others in my office and it leads to success! I want to close 25 deals this year my second year hoping I can.

I believe Door Knocking will work ,i asked my broker about it and was told NO do not doork knock ,nobody does that anymore , he also told me not to call expired listings . i have found that if i ask my broker for advice the correct way that works will always be the opposite of what he says.
