I didn’t see anything “grey area” in that article you referenced. The article was pretty clear . . . Use RVM and it’s 100% illegal—you will get sued and get crushed!
Unless I missed something? What part of the article leads you to believe there is a grey area surrounding the use of RVM, if I might ask, please?

You can use software like Redx geo leads. There are a few other services out there too, but you need to find one that works in your area.
