I think chime is powerful but they have the worst customer service of any of the big brands. I have had so many issues from getting my lsa leads set up to billing problems. LSA took so long because they went through 3 people in the same position that were supposed to be building my ads that I built them myself and had them up and running before chime rolled out their version. Billing issues I have lowered my dialer package 3 times but keep getting charged the higher package. They keep looking into it and nothing ever gets fixed. They have a good product its just unfortunate its packaged with horrible customer service.

Hmmm, interestingly I can not say I've seen a more horrible program. Maybe we have the sole instance on the planet that has none of the brilliant AI capability mentiond in this article. The only reason I have time to write is is becasue I'm trying to send a group email to 114 contacts and if I flinch, the computer will crash, so I tabbed over to another browser to see who else is in mysery like me. I wish could share the screen, I truly have never hated a program worse than this bloated, thoughtless, outdated pile of manure. I inherited this pile when taking over the marketing department on my Realtor Rescue mission for a leading RE Team.- My charter is to setup a system to support the team goal of going from $300m to $1b in annual sales over the next 2 years, Chime aint cutting it. Since taking over, I've invested hundreds of hours trying to train this system. We have nearly 30,000 leads in the system and now I know why we're not converting them to transactions. I'm thinking the people who review these products don't actually do transactions? The Chime help people are nice as can be on the phone, but there is only so many times one can hear, oh that feature - like an ROI report, or a method to re round robin when the team missed it on the first go around, or a method to put an type ID on a task so I can trigger workflow. How about something simple like a default 180 day lead filter so we can properly manage our Zillow Flex business - Nah not of that - with that smart AI system, you need to manually figure our what 180 days are on a separate calendar, write it down on paper then click for 2 minutes on a prehistoric UI to get the 180 days right. Do that daily and the word CHIME becomes the new F word. Those smart Chime CRM people made this black box all in one system that has absolutley no scalability or serious integration with anything useful. How does anyone seriously get business from this. I know the people who have affiliate links like the link on this site make a commission if you're dumb enough to pull out your walet. So thats why you get these truthful and pure unbiased reveiws. Oh, what's more - you'd think they would be happy stealing our nearly $4000 every month, but no, its like whackamole, everywhere you click, there is some other upgrade, or extra service. Please don't ask me how I really feel.... I'm going to go back and see if my 114 emails are able to be sent now. Ok, there we go - it crashed when just trying to preview the emails... I'm trying to email invitations to the neighbors of our new $9,95 m Open tomorrow. So to consider this product anyting more than a dump bucket is a joke. Chime is so lucky our board won't let me pull the plug until next quarter. They get one more chance next week to win me over when our NEW rep is gonna try to resolve my issues, this will be the 3rd try, certaily open minded, but not holding my breath. I seriously thought before I was in charge, that all the Chime chatter sounded positive. But since then, I now know to ask, "show me what you're taking about". Not impressed... The product I use to get the contact info for the audience I'm targeting, SFR, Owners, email, text, age, kids, etc works amazing, but no plugs here - Unlike the fary tale review on this page - I want to keep my response factual and to the point. I'm happy to hear any arguments.

I have been using Chime as a development platform in my Real estate business since February 2020. I evaluated other solutions such as KvCore and Elevate, however, the stability of Chime, the ease that adapts the images to desktop and phone, the design of reports and landing pages, the friendliness and support have definitely been excellent. Not everything has been perfect, and there are reports that can be improved, but they come close to what for me is an excellent tool to attract, include, and segment, control, monitor, market and nurture my clients and prospects. Is the price a little high? Yes, but the investment is worth it. Thank you, Ingrid Centeno- Realtor Latina!
