Well written article. It's hard to know what will happen in the years to come because of the global crisis. I like thinking pro-actively and try to stay ahead of the curve. I'm noticing in Northern California that although sales are down, prices aren't necessarily dropping-yet. It stands to reason that if no one can qualify for a loan or has a job, prices will come down. I like the suggestions of teaming with a trusted lender to get the word out on advertising. Thanks for your efforts! Good read!
