I love the quality that is emphasized through these client-focused interactions. So much depth and value! Seems apparent that the foundation behind this involves genuine care, and from a fellow NYC agent, I want to say thanks a lot & hope this helps other agents as it does for me! My favorite thing about this template is it can be followed strictly, yet still hold a genuine, non-rigid conversation. It also encourages you and your client to go off on those important tangents which almost always leads to building a relationship/bonding.
