As CEO of the Share Group we will try to find out! My guess is that this is a revenue play and not just an editorial site. We do guaranteee 100% of our phones to work. Appreciate the shout out!

In reply to Jeanette. Hi Jeanette, much appreciated! We definitely want to make sure that we are providing accurate information for our readers. We just did a Market Leader deep dive and were quoted $7 to $30 per lead. I settled on $25 per lead as an average to give agents realistic pricing. I know they do offer many add-ons like their Network Boost now which might bring the price higher. Is that what you found?

Just spoke to someone at Market Leader, they said the information listed here "Market Leader cost: $139 per month + $25 per lead (depending on market). Contract required? Six- or 12-month term" Is outdated and is no longer what they offer :( No shade to you at all, wanted you to be aware is all :)

It’s disappointing that the information about Zillow was inaccurate.

Hello Chris! I know it isn't on your list, but what I was wondering if you have any thoughts about Google PPC leads? Thanks!

In reply to Heather Miller. Hi Heather - Thanks for the question. It sounds like you're having a tough time right now, I'm sorry to hear that. There are a couple of things I would suggest doing in your situation. First, you need to make sure you're getting what you signed up for in terms of support, mentorship, etc. If someone promised you one thing but you're getting another, you should be speaking directly with your broker to make sure they understand your concerns. Secondly, it sounds like you need to do a financial analysis of exactly what the benefit of the leads being given to you by other people is. If there isn't enough meat on that bone to make it worth your while, it might be a better move to start working towards generating your own leads. I know, easier said than done, especially when you're new, but if you aren't making money, this isn't a sustainable business for you. Keep asking questions, we'd love to be a resource for you! Chris

Hi Chris, I'm a new agent and very naive. I thought I was getting a mentor but it turned out I got nothing. She get's 25% of the leads she gives me and she isn't even paying for leads so I get the crumbs if any then my agency takes their cut of 30% leaving me barely any gas money or make up for all the processing I do. What is your advise for new agents ?
