I don't know who you spoke to but the Florida Real Estate School is HORRIBLE! Totally expensive; and their online presentation is old school and badly thought out. The graphics are horrible. The instructor I had did not know the difference between the words familiar and familial for example; had a droning whiney voice and was AWFUL.. It was a horrible waste of my time and money. ALL badly prepared; presented, sucked. Alternately I just RETOOK the class at Gold Coast which was EXCELLENT.... you need to update this page

Hi Chris, please let people know about Nature Coast Real Estate School. Jeanne Gavish is really amazing. She really cares about the success of her students. I had been out of the work force for 20 years and was petrified to start over and she was fantastic. My husband did the Bob Hogue school first with no success and I did Nature Coast and was successful because of the way the class is taught and the encouragement of the instructor. Please check it out.

Thank you for all this information! I have a friend who is a realtor in Florida that recommended the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate to me. He was a realtor in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida and used the Bob Hogue School. I live in Pennsylvania and plan to move to Florida, so an online school is important to me. I did find a Groupon for the Azure Tide Realty All Florida School of Real Estate. I do not see that school listed here and now have more to think about! I like the MathMaster of Mbition but want Florida specific information. I will continue to review this information to help me make my choice. I am so happy that I found this!
